I created this with polymer clay tiles, the clay was white and transparent, the color comes from silks, perl X and precious metal paint. I built up layers on the clay tiles with more clay, charms, beads and rhinestones. WATERCOLOR IN A WATERCOLOR JOURNAL. A lot of water is used in this project. Water brush or your choice of brushes and water.
