Today I started the New Year healthy and strong. I had a healthy breakfast, lots of water, some tea, did some yoga, and headed into town to run my very first 5K. Tuesday, October 11, 2011. 7 days after finding out my husband lost his job after 21 years and I feel like I want to throw up, I am mad, sad, hurt, and. whatever else you can think of, I feel just like that. What a horrible feeling, we had no control over it, it had nothing to do with his work, he was the longest standing there and trained them all over the years. What a hard pill to swallow.
