Winter Yearning for a Sock Burning. Very cold here in Richmond. Walking back to our house from taking the kids to their school bus I had a winter yearning for a spring sail on the Chesapeake. This photo was taken off Oxford, MD late last spring. A little over two months until the annual Annapolis sock burning.
