I always look forward to my annual trip to Torquay, mainly because it involves eating out every night! Mushroom, Brocolli and Cashew Nut Stir Fry. Kerri was out this evening and on the way home I wondered how to use up the few pieces of purple sprouting brocolli that we had left over. To go with the brocolli, I bought some mushrooms, cashew nuts and spring onions. Turned out very well and although I was a bit over-full afterwards, I still found myself wishing there had been more.
Week 3 of my Abel and Cole. Challenge and right from the start I was not feeling very creative or adventurous. Finn had a sickness bug all week, so comfort fodder was the order of the day for the grown-ups to bolster us and give us the strength to get through it all.
