Tuesday, August 6, 2013. WOOHOO! Boy does it feel good. I forgot how soothing is for me. It really is a stress reliever. I whipped up something fast today, trying to get it done before I had to leave for class, and totally forgot about what I really wanted to do. I made some placemats with the intentions of quilting them, and forgot to do the quilting part. They still came out really nice though. The back of the placemat is just plain brown.

Thursday, October 31, 2013. Quite a while back I mentioned that I was redoing a guest room. I have had it all done for quite a while except for hanging some things on the wall. I love it and call it the Zen room. One reason it is Zen for me is the whole room cost just under 80. Everything! I got a mismatch paint for 2.
