Dreadful Thoughts and Dreams of a Chaotic Pisckie Priest in the West of Scotland. Friday, 16 October 2015. I had a day yesterday which involved me with two lone parents, whose benefits had been sanctioned, and I was able to help them and feed their children at least. That was all they asked of me.

One of the amazing things about my job is the privilege that I have of spending time with such a wide range of people. When I was thinking about what I would write today I flicked my bible open at John 12. The Jews Continue in Their Unbelief.

My Christmas decorating is just about done. Tree is up, garland is draped over the mantle, Hallmark village and miniature evergreen coverning the sofa table, and Nativity Scene holding the place of honour atop the family room mantle. Instead of hanging stockings over the fireplace I hung 4 of my homemade quilted ornaments. Saturday, 8 January 2011.

Obviously this blog has been on hiatus for quite a while - and this post makes it permanent. Lots going on - mainly the arrival of the little sweetie above - so no energy for this blog.
