Friday, January 09, 2015. Fiskars Fuse Creativity System and cutting LEATHER! The Fiskars cutter is a manual cutter. It weighs a TON! But it is super powerful! You can use brand dies other than Fiskars with it. I wanted to use Tim Holtz Dies, so I went online and watched a you tube. OK,these are the dies i used. I tried to use the Tim Holtz Alterations thin border dies, but they would not work on the leather. I built the adapters up into a configuration that was a thick as the above .
Created for the Wednesday Stamper Challenge. The background was sponged with Distress Ink in Antique Linen, Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord. The Da Vinci image was then stamped in StazOn Stone Grey which was then masked and a crackle stamped onto the background in Dusty Concord. Friday, October 13, 2017. Trailer Rally and Vintage Market! Hey guys, long time no post, yet again! But thought I would post an update! I went to a Vintage Market and Trailer Rally a few weeks ago and thought i would share some of the photos. I added a new theme to my trailer for this year with pink and red, with a Red Riding Hood theme. The curtains were pink with Red Riding Hood tumbled as the design by my now favorite designer Stacie Lest Hsu! Now i can leave my big bed made up at all times and still .

Monday, December 5, 2011. On December 23, 2010, my two brothers and sisters-in-law presented me with a precious female Maltese puppy - she was 3 months old and just adorable! A month prior to this, my 13-year old Maltese, Mali, had died and I was still in a state of extreme grief. How wonderful to have a new fur-baby to love and pamper! Because Candy had only had a week here before we left, she was unfamiliar with the area which made me even more anxious and upset! .

Wednesday, March 23, 2016. The past two weeks Katie has been getting up early and asking if she can come to Mass with me and Anthony.
Karen Inn and Bush House. Had a tour of the place and was spoilt for choice. Our last few days in Paris we were lucky. Ever wondered how a city can become more beautiful? It was hard leaving Paris. I think it was the first city where I ever really enjoyed myself. I avoided making this blog about my personal life and more about the city, but I know for sure I will never forget Paris. I went at the right time in my life, and learned just what I needed.
