Saturday, August 6, 2011. Tonight I was forced to make something with the amazing raspberries the kids and I picked from my Grandmas house. I couldnt stand to see them go to waste, and there was NO way we could eat them all. If you know me you know I do not cook or MAKE JAM or anything food related for that matter. Thursday, April 28, 2011. I found myself with really nothing to do on Good Friday, which is rare for me on a day off. I have been wanting to make a table runner for my coffee table since I got it 4 months ago. It just seems to be a dust collector. I clean it and 10 mins later I feel there is a layer of dust on it already. I also finished my 3x6 Bee blocks which I will post and get sent hopefully this weekend. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Sewing has shifted to Europe travels. Not a bad trade! Saturday, April 18, 2015. Paris in Springtime-Day 2, Part 1. We started our Tuesday in Paris by boarding the Metro. The station was only a 5 minute walk from the flat. The kids LOVED the Metro. Always have a buddy when boarding a busy Metro and a grandma is a perfect buddy. Step off the Metro into the sun on the world famous Champs Elysees! Beautiful boulevard lined with fancy shops. I love seeing movie posters and books in other languages.
