I am a brand new knitter. I took my first class in November 2009 and have completed many projects of various sizes. Tuesday, October 12, 2010. I declare myself guilty of never having. Fashioned, with these hands I was given,. Why did I not make a broom? Why was I given hands at all? What purpose did they serve. If I saw only the rumor of the grain,. If I had ears only for the wind. And did not gather the thread. Still green on the earth,. And did not lay the tender stalks out to dry. And was not able to unite them. Or attach a wooden cane.

So coming back to making these again, albeit in two different colorways was like seeing an old friend. And after a mad start at 2 in the morning, I was already well under way.
