Jimmy Liao no es sencillo, aunque tiene esa rara cualidad de gustar a muchos y hacerse entender sin demasiadas o ninguna palabra. A nivel creativo espero bastante, de momento las ciudades siguen adornándose gracias a los batallones tricoteros, la gente sigue moviéndose. Saturday, June 28, 2008. You know what is awsome? Looking back at all your previous creations and seeing the progress that you have made. I think I have gotten so much better at designing my amigurumis then what I was before. Granted, I am no Ana Paula Rimoli yet, but still, I am very proud of myself. This past week, I had decided to design two very small items, and they actually turned out pretty cute. I was really lucky to have the butterfly applique that is on her body. I had found 3 them floating.

Friday, June 15, 2012. Yes, we are very happy. Amy and her family have moved to Reston Virginia. I picked the kids in Staunton Va last week and they stayed the week with us while Paul and Amy went to Reston to wait for their furniture to be delivered. We had a blast with the kids. We discovered 2 baby racoons in our yard - very cute. We visited Pocohontas Park - the kids favorite. Our doggies were glad to have them around. Meg performed for us in the evening. She is the cutest! .

Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Just thought I should drop in and say that I have officially abandoned this blog. I am still blogging though. just not in the same form. I have become tired of trying to focus on my crafty projects, and want to incorporate more of my life, with only an occasional taste of crafts.

A place to keep some order on my knitting endeavors and other crafty aspirations. My lovely husband gave me a set of sock needles from Knit Picks for Christmas and I immediately started a pair of socks for him with yarn that he picked out on our honeymoon. This week I finished the first sock. His feet are large, my hands and needles are tiny, so that explains that.
