Western Civilization 40S is a course designed to develop an understanding of societal development in Europe and North America. Students study numerous Ancient Cultures, such as the Greeks and Romans, eventually travelling through time studying medieval society, Renaissance culture, and the revolutionary movements leading to industrialization and liberalism.
